PeersGroup co-founder Jérôme has been orchestrating business development and activities since BuyingPeers was founded in 2012. Armed with a Masters from the EM Bordeaux management school, Jérôme consolidated his raw talent as a buyer at Air Liquide, KMPG Peat Marwick and Valeo, followed by Faceo FM as Procurement Director. Jérôme is passionate about client/supplier relations and is wholeheartedly committed to projects aimed at boosting competitiveness and performance. He is also responsible for overseeing expansion of the PeersGroup ecosystem.



Guillaume Ginguené

As a PeersGroup partner and co-founder since BuyingPeers was set up in 2012, Guillaume is an information technologies expert. Having made his mark as an IT functional consultant in 2002, Guillaume soon began specializing in IT industry solutions sales as a Sales Manager. An enthusiastic, high-energy entrepreneur at heart, Guillaume channels his talents into helping PeersGroup and its subsidiaries grow.



Thierry Guelfi

Thierry has been PeersGroup’s CFO and HR & Legal Director since 2019, and is responsible for juggling the multi-faceted administrative aspects shared by all the subsidiaries. He also oversees external growth. With a Masters in Management & Finance (Paris IX Dauphine) and a Corporate Finance diploma (Paris II Panthéon-Assas) to his name, Thierry has enjoyed a 15-year career in Finance, garnering experience in auditing (Deloitte), financial consultancy (Aca Nexia) and as an assistant Administration and Finance Director (DSOgroup). Creating synergy, pooling and sharing resources and setting up cohesive processes lie at the heart of his vision.

Drawing on 23 years of experience in procurement, Julien has had an impressively comprehensive career trajectory, with experience in the automobile industry (Valeo), consultancy (Arthur Andersen BearingPoint), banking (Société Générale), IT (Microsoft), the environment (SUEZ) and energy (ENGIE).
His multi-faceted expertise as a procurement director and his passion for excellence are major assets in supporting you along the road to success.

QualityPeers General Manager Lucile is a graduate of Grenoble management school. After 12 years of experience in Procurement and Quality in the industry (Alstom, GE) and time spent living and working in Brazil, Lucile returned to France and embarked on a new chapter at PeersGroup. She now leads the QualityPeers teams and also handles the group’s communications.

Nicolas holds a Masters in Sales & Marketing (ICN – Nancy Business School), and boasts experience in both sales & purchasing in major international groups (SFR, Danone), making him a go-to expert in all things sales development. His sunny disposition and sense of empathy help breathe life into your Sales and Commercial Management development and structuring plans.

FinancePeers founder and certified Public Accountant, an accountant by training Sebastien spent a decade working in auditing and consulting firms (Ernst & Young), as well as in companies as a CFO and Finance project manager (Alcon Novartis). Sébastien is innately curious and operations-focused, making him an ingenious expert who enjoys incorporating on-the-ground realities into the custom-made solutions he provides to his clients.



Philippe Venard

Philippe has been the SupplyPeers General Manager since 2019, and has an Arts et Métiers degree as well as a Masters in Procurement from the EM Bordeaux management school. Philippe has enjoyed a career in operations in major industrial groups and companies (Shell, Nexter, Faurecia) in a variety of Supply Chain roles. He went on to work for a number of leading consultancy firms (KPMG – CSC Peat Marwick) before setting up his own. Philippe’s extensive experience has lent him inside-out knowledge of the client/supplier value chain, and is invaluable in CSR processes and risk prevention. Philippe is passionate about the upcoming digital revolution that is set to play a key role in French industry.



Arnaud Bon-Mardion

Arnaud has been developing BuyingPeers’ activities across Switzerland since 2017. He holds a double Masters in Procurement (DESMA from the IAE Grenoble) and Finance (MSTCF Lyon III), and took his first steps in the industry in internal auditing and control (Deloitte) followed by non-production industrial buying (Monsanto). He has acquired solid experience in company management and finance.
Arnaud enjoys working on managing complex, cross-departmental projects and overhauling procurement organization structures.



Geoffrey Chicheportiche
Turkey General Manager
Geoffrey was crucial in spearheading PeersGroup’s international development. Working from Istanbul, he oversees the “managed services” unit responsible for handling some Client operations. Having graduated with a Masters in Procurement & Supply Chain (ESCP Europe), Geoffrey kickstarted his career as an indirect buyer in the insurance, automobile and defense sectors. Following on from his experience in organizational consulting at Capgemini Consulting, he joined the WNS group where he worked on major Procurement outsourcing projects as head of the EMEA region.



Paul Cazes

Paul set up the PeersGroup Moscow office in 2020. An Arts & Métiers engineer with a specialist Masters from the IAE and an executive training diploma from the ESCP, Paul has medium- to large-capitalization experience in B2B and B2C, in both operations and top-line. Upbeat and optimistic by nature with a curious streak to boot, Paul has a keen interest in the entire value chain.

A graduate of the ESCP Europe, Sophie spent a number of years working in Organization Consulting, supporting a host of different international clients through their transformation plans. She has also held positions as a procurement manager in numerous large groups, where she oversaw the structuring of procurement departments abroad, as well as portfolio and procurement team management. Highly organized with a go-getter attitude, Sophie is the perfect choice for helping you reach your transformation and performance targets.

Séverine has headed up the Business Managers team at the Luxury and Industry Distribution Division since 2016. A graduate of the ESCI international business school, Séverine holds a Masters in Marketing from San Bernardino (California), and has worked in major Retail brands as head of development (Aubert) and head of childcare (Système U). She joined PeersGroup as a procurement consultant in the BuyingPeers team, and focuses on operational and organizational projects.

As the Division Director at BuyingPeers since 2014, Fabien oversees a range of different procurement programs, including the ENGIE programs. Fabien cut his teeth at the Banque Postale as an IT project buyer, notably in his work in redeveloping the remote banking technical architecture via a public procurement contract. He joined Bouygues Telecom followed by Thales Services, where he took over as head of IT intellectual services procurement and handled structuring the related processes. Fabien’s experience was further reinforced during his time at Groupama, where he worked in IT procurement and consultancy, and as a procurement PMO officer.

Samantha is a sales development expert, and boasts over a decade’s worth of experience in sales management in an array of major French distribution groups, and across a wide range of change management roles. She has always been a firm believer in the idea of combining business growth with personal development. Tenacious and energetic with a positive outlook and a flair for working closely with her teams, Samantha pours heart and soul into deploying her operational and interpersonal skills with a view to supporting your development ambitions. Samantha holds a Masters in Retail/Purchasing from the ICD Paris, and a specialist diploma in Economic Intelligence from SciencesPo Paris.

Jérémy is Partner for FinancePeers, which he joined in September 2018. Having graduated with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, he started his career at a Big Four firm in Paris. Jérémy has a taste for entrepreneurship, risk and adventure, all of which were reflected in the two years he spent in Africa working for a government on cash and fraud issues. He also spent a 3 years in Hong Kong, where he supported major banking and insurance groups, before embarking on a journey around the world as a consultant for a luxury hospitality brand seeking to take their marketing digital.

Pierre is Director as part of FinancePeers team. As a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters degree in Finance and Asset Management, Pierre spent over 12 years working for a Big Four. Throughout his career, Pierre has supported and advised finance and accounting departments and management teams in both major groups and SMEs, as well as company directors in launch or development stage. Meeting clients and soaking up their incredibly diverse contexts and trajectories are what Pierre most enjoys about his work.

She has joined QualityPeers in 2018 after more than 8 years in the luxury sector working for famous brands such as Louboutin and Chanel. After 2 years as Quality & Performance Consultant, Aurélie is, since 2020, developing QualityPeers activities with our fashion and luxury clients.
